Hula the day away
Hula hooping is a great all over body workout. It raises your heart rate, improves core strength and boosts flexibility. Challenge your family to see if they can keep the hoop off the floor for 30 or even 60 seconds.

Someone writes a famous name on a sticky note and puts it on your forehead. You then have to hop on the spot until you guess the name. It’s harder than it sounds!
Skip to it!
A healthy heart is just a hop, skip and a jump away. Dig out the family skipping rope and get everyone involved in a game.
